We work together with specialized companies, providing hostess and receptionist teams, as well as cloakroom employees highly trained, prepared to carry out all kind of supporting functions during the events.

Participants welcoming and directing, documentation distribution, speaker’s assistance, secretaryship attendance and several idioms managers, are some of the supporting areas.
We also hold a front door service, supporting the exhibitions within the events in the Small and Main Auditorium, which consists in the welcoming and directing of the audience.
