Cancelled Performances
You may request the refund of two tickets purchased for performances that have been cancelled, regardless of the method by which you paid for them, within a maximum period of 60 working days to be counted from the date of the public communication of the cancellation (25 January, 2021).

Outside productions presented at the CCB
The CCB only exchanges or refunds tickets at its box offices.
The policy for the exchange or refund of tickets is the producer’s responsibility.
If you have any doubts, we ask you to contact the producer.

Use of the Auditoria and Concert Halls
The Auditoria and Concert Halls at the CCB will once again be operating at full capacity.
All areas are duly sanitised before and after performances.
For performances with no reserved seats, the audience will enter in order of arrival.
The doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the performance.
We suggest that you arrive in good time before the start in order to avoid large gatherings.
When entering and leaving the auditoria, the audience must follow the instructions given by the ushers, who are clearly identified
TICKETLINE
The CCB Box Office is a Ticketline office and, as such, sells tickets for other concert halls in Portugal.
A supplementary charge of 1€ is added to the price of each ticket.

Tickets must be collected within 48 hours following your booking, or 72 hours if you are the holder of a CCB Card.

DISCOUNTS are only valid for CCB production and/or co-production shows and for tickets with a price above €12, with the exception of CCB cardholders, the discount is applied to values above €8.

Theatres
You may not enter the theatres and concert halls after the start of performances, unless the ushers indicate that it is possible for you to do so.
The Main and the Small Auditoria have a free cloakroom service.
In order to improve the conditions of access for all audiences, reserved seats have been created in the Main Auditorium for people with limited mobility.
Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted in any of the rooms, and it is also forbidden to make any sound or image recordings.
Don’t forget to turn off your mobile phone or any other equipment that may emit a sound during the performance.
Consult the programmes or information sheets provided in the rooms, so that you can follow the performance more easily.
For any information, or in the event of any emergency, please contact one of the ushers.
In accordance with Decree-Law No. 23/2014, of 14 February, the CCB informs you that children under 3 years of age are not allowed into theatres and concert halls.
Parking
The CCB’s two car parks (accessed via Rua Bartolomeu Dias and Avenida da Índia) are open every day from 8:00 to 24:00, and until 2:00 am on days when there are performances.
For your greater convenience, use the Via Verde system.
Accessibilities
The spaces at Centro Cultural de Belém are adapted to visitors with mobility restrictions, namely through elevators, ramps, and lift platforms.
People with limited mobility enjoy exclusive access to the building through Park 2, Level 0 | Avenida da Índia
