Ticket Prices

Wheelchair users and visitors holding a disability certificate (Atestado Multiusos) with a certified disability of 60% or more are entitled to a 50% discount on tickets priced above €12 for CCB produced and co-produced performances and cultural activities. One accompanying person is admitted free of charge; a complimentary ticket must be collected in advance.

This discount also applies to unemployed visitors and professionals working in the performing arts. At MAC/CCB, visitors with reduced mobility, children and young people aged 7 to 18, visitors aged 65 and over, and students receive a 20% discount. Free admission is available to children under 6, CCB Card holders, unemployed visitors, military veterans and their widows/widowers, ICOM members, accompanying persons of visitors with reduced mobility, and licensed tourist guides.

Braille Programme
CCB provides two Braille activity programmes covering the September–December 2026 season. They are available for consultation at the CCB Box Office and at the Reception Desk of the Conference Centre.

Sensory Information

Across its communication platforms, CCB provides information about any potentially disruptive sensory elements in its performances, including lighting (such as strobe effects), sound, and other sensory stimuli.

Parking

Visitors with reduced mobility are advised to access the car park via Car Park 2, Level 0, on Avenida da Índia.

This car park is open daily, except on 25 December, from 8am to midnight.

On performance days, it remains open until 2am.

Car Park 2 provides access to Caminho José Saramago, the CCB Box Office, the entrances to the Main Auditorium and Small Auditorium, and the Conference Centre via a platform lift with a maximum user weight of 150 kg.

If you park on Level -1 of Car Park 2, please use the lift to reach Level 0 before accessing the platform lift. Accessible parking spaces are also available in Car Park 1, although this provides step-free access only to the Conference Centre.

Two free on-street accessible parking spaces are available near the pedestrian entrance to the Conference Centre for Blue Badge holders. Parking at all CCB car parks is subject to a charge. The doors to the car parks may be heavy for some visitors. If you require assistance, please contact our Support Line and let us know your location. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Public Transport

The following Carris bus routes serve the Belém area: 728, 714, 727, 729 and 751. Carris Metropolitana routes 1714, 1715 and 1718 also stop nearby, as does Tram 15. On the newest vehicles, passengers with reduced mobility may request the deployment of the access ramp when boarding or alighting.

Please note that this feature may not be available on all vehicles currently in service. Belém is served by the Cais do Sodré–Cascais railway line.

The area is also connected by ferry services via Belém Ferry Terminal.

Box Office

The CCB Box Office is fully accessible and includes a lowered service counter. Access is via a ramp with a moderate incline, which may make independent access difficult for some visitors. If you require assistance, our staff will be pleased to help.

Auditoria

Accessible seating is available in several venues, including the Main Auditorium, Small Auditorium, Black Box, and Fábrica das Artes – Room D.

MAC/CCB, Praça CCB, Fábrica das Artes and Jardim das Oliveiras

These spaces can be accessed from Praça do Império via the platform lift next to the Box Office, or by using the side ramps (Planetarium side or Avenida Marginal side).

Centro de Arquitetura

The recommended accessible route to Centro de Arquitetura is via the pavement along Avenida da Índia, which provides the most suitable access for visitors with reduced mobility.

Congress and Conference Centre

The Congress and Conference Centre can be accessed from Praça do Império using the platform lift next to Caminho José Saramago, followed by the lift to Level 1.

Accessible Toilets

Accessible toilet facilities are available on several floors throughout the CCB buildings and are clearly signposted.

Café, Bar and Restaurants

The cafés, bars, and restaurants are accessible, although their service counters are not lowered.

Wheelchairs

Two wheelchairs are available for visitors on a firstcome, first-served basis or by prior reservation via ccb@ccb.pt.
