VEM — Videoarte em Movimento consists of a van that will travel a route that connects Madrid to Oeiras and passes works by Portuguese video artists (Nuno Lacerda, Rui Calçada Bastos, Welket Bungué, Raquel Schêr, Patrícia Almeida and João Cristóvão Leitão), as well as a second international program with works by artists such as the Italians Ilaria DiCarlo and Okapi.
