Over more than four decades of an exceptional international career, Ute Lemper has forged a singular artistic path, crossing boundaries between musical theatre, song, cabaret, tango and singer-songwriter music.

In this performance, Ute Lemper revisits some of the most emblematic works in her repertoire and invites audiences to join her on a journey through the different musical landscapes that have shaped her career.

From major musical theatre productions to the music of Kurt Weill, from French chansons to Argentine tango, as well as her own compositions, each song reveals a part of the story of an artist who has made the crossing of cultures and eras one of the defining features of her identity.

Intimate, intense and deeply personal, The Best of Ute Lemper is a musical portrait of Ute Lemper — an artist who has transformed her own journey into a bridge between cultures, languages and traditions, and whose voice continues to breathe new life into the great stories of music.
