Orchestra
One of today’s most exciting conductors, the Mexican maestro Alondra de la Parra leads the Portuguese Symphony Orchestra in an orchestral program entirely devoted to the sounds and imagery spanning from Andalusia to the Near East.
Renowned for the energy and depth of her interpretations, Alondra de la Parra brings to CCB the experience gained at the helm of some of the world’s leading orchestras. Under her baton, the Portuguese Symphony Orchestra will give voice to a program where music becomes narrative, spectacle, and a play of color and emotion.
Pre-concert talk by Rui Campos Leitão.
