«The Indians have been resisting for five hundred years. I’m worried about the whites, how they are going to escape this.»
Ailton Krenak
Mundo Oco is a solo theater show based on in-depth research into ecology and oblivion. It’s not just about environmental concern but about post-environmental occupation.
Rosinda Costa tells the story of the death of the Doce River. She highlights the disaster in Mariana as a catastrophic icon of our contemporary era, transforming it into a catalyst for reflection on the future of the (physical and spiritual) man-planet relationship.
