Concert
NOMAD Project
At a time when questions seem to grow with us, a group of children and musicians journeys through autumn with songs, rhythms, and shared stories, exploring the idea of a “song at dusk”. A dusk that brings together Coro Infantil da Voz do Operário and the collective Retimbrar, finding in Portuguese traditional music a living space for discovery, where memory enters into dialogue with the present and voices are given room to question, sing, and imagine a path that is not always enduring. Between celebration and contemplation, the concert presents singing as a ritual. A reflection on the passage of time, on growing up, on dusk — on what passes and what remains. What remain are the questions — curious, unexpected, profound, amusing — that provide the thread for a musical narrative celebrating oral tradition, community, and beauty. The beauty of continuing to search for answers.
The Centro Cultural de Belém Foundation reserves the right to collect, store and use recordings of image, sound and voice, for the purposes of dissemination and for preserving the memory of its cultural and artistic activities, as well as its spaces.
