WE REMAIN OPEN, BUT WE START EARLIER
Despite the measures currently in place to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, we will continue to supply you with cultural activities and services, while following all of the safety rules.
We have therefore changed the times of our concerts and performances, which all now start earlier, so that audiences can fulfil their civic duty of respecting the curfew restrictions
CONFIDENCE AND SAFETY
Confidence and Safety are the distinguishing features underlying all of the CCB’s activity, marking our relationship not only with the artistic community, but also with our clients and the general public. We will continue to maintain our cultural supply and ensure the normal functioning of our various services. And it is because we wish to do this in safety and with the trust and support of all involved that we have established the following set of specific rules and standards, in keeping with government guidelines and the recommendations of the public health authorities.
RULES GOVERNING YOUR OCCUPATION AND STAY AT THE CENTRE, AND SOCIAL DISTANCING
At the CCB, you will find clearly visible signs placed all along the centre’s various circulation areas, and in its different spaces. These signs display information about the rules governing access and circulation at the centre, and the conditions under which you may stay for some time on our premises, while all the time maintaining a safe social distance of two metres. They also indicate the maximum capacity in each of our spaces.
Due to the Covid-19 prevention measures, the CCB reserves the right to prevent spectators from entering its concert halls and theatres if their body temperature is higher than 37.8ºC (without the right to any refund of the price paid for tickets).
RECEPTION AREAS
All public reception areas are equipped with acrylic protective barriers and the floors are marked with stickers indicating the obligatory safety distance. All spaces are equipped with hand sanitisers, which visitors must use before the start of any activities, the purchase of tickets, visits to exhibitions or any other activities. In order to protect your safety, we have strengthened our health and hygiene plan for the building and our premises in general. In particular, this involves the disinfection of surfaces and shared areas and objects (toilets, counters, handrails, door handles, light switches), as well as the ventilation of those areas where there are larger numbers of people circulating.
USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE)
All of the CCB’s staff and collaborators wear facemasks or other personal protective equipment. Facemasks must be worn by all those using the centre, including suppliers, performers, clients and the general public.
