Theatre
In an age when environmental issues are increasingly urgent and the planet is at risk, Teatro Praga turns its attention to each of its five elements, following an outdated yet still influential theory in order to examine their past and present, in a cycle entitled Para Uma Breve História dos Elementos. Moving away from a discussion of the measures to be taken or the answers to be proposed, these performances enter into dialogue with the elements, seeking a fictional approach that is more inclined to listen than to assert. Para Uma Breve História da Água is the first performance dedicated to this history, in which each of the elements is both narrator and protagonist, and humans appear only as guests.
