Bookstore and Coffee Shop
Almedina Bookstore and Coffee Shop at MAC/CCB: The Art of Books
From October 2023, Almedina is part of the new MAC/CCB – Museum of Contemporary Art. In the new bookstore and coffee shop, located next to the entrance hall, the Portuguese publishing group offers a set of books essentially dedicated to Art, but also a careful selection of Social Sciences and Humanities titles, without forgetting national and foreign fiction. This space also presents all the merchandising of the new Museum – one of the main attractions in the city of Lisbon and an European reference in Contemporary Art.
After almost 70 years, the Almedina Group continues to have its doors open to culture and knowledge, and it’s present in Portugal and in CPLP through a network of bookstores, several literary endorsements and a wide range of academic training options in the areas of Law and of Economic Sciences.
