The concert begins with Mozart’s famous Symphony No. 40, which combines formal restraint and expressive exaltation. Next, a symphony by Kurt Weill stands out, composed in 1933 during his exile in Paris, revealing his more classical side. The program opens with a festive piece by Sibelius, celebrating the musical richness that will be listened to.
