Ongoing Workshop

The editorial project of the Mission: Democracy collection, by the Assembleia da República, consisting of 12 themes, makes available to younger citizens up-to-date and graphically appealing publications. They form a kind of journey through essential concepts that it is important today to consolidate among children and young people.

Starting from the link between arts education and the quality of democracy, in this workshop we aim to think collectively about how these books help strengthen the desire to participate in democratic life and highlight civic awareness within the educational community.

Project created within the framework of the partnership Centro Cultural de Belém/Fábrica das Artes and Assembleia da República.

The Centro Cultural de Belém Foundation reserves the right to collect, store and use recordings of image, sound and voice, for the purposes of dissemination and for preserving the memory of its cultural and artistic activities, as well as its spaces.
