Talk
This book club examines how literature addresses the human body, favouring inner states, philosophical inquiry, and psychological depth over graphic depiction. Inspired by Ovid’s notion of constant transformation, we’ll reflect on selected authors that delve into identity, gender, class, repression, violence, gaze, and transgression—revealing the body as a powerful literary symbol.
