Music
More than a musician, Alan Stivell is a true ambassador of Celtic culture. His career—shaped by historic concerts, international tours, and innovative projects—has also been a vehicle for cultural affirmation, celebrating diversity, freedom of thought, and respect for roots. His music—both contemporary and timeless—revives an ancestral heritage and projects it into the present, keeping alive an identity that continues to reinvent itself.
Celebrating 60 years of career, the artist now presents a completely renewed ensemble, with 10 musicians on stage, with which he embarks on a tour to share this repertoire with audiences. A major musical event that brings together cultures around the Celtic archipelago, revisiting Stivell’s iconic works, with highlights including excerpts from his Celtic Symphony No. 2.
The Centro Cultural de Belém Foundation reserves the right to collect, store and use recordings of image, sound and voice, for the purposes of dissemination and for preserving the memory of its cultural and artistic activities, as well as its spaces.
