Recital
In this special concert, two giants of European art meet: Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Hans Christian Andersen. Marking the 150th anniversary of the Danish author’s death, we bring new life to his enchanted tale The Snow Queen, narrated to the delicate pieces of Tchaikovsky’s Album for the Young, Op. 39.
Tchaikovsky’s pieces, composed with tenderness, imagination, and soul, accompany each moment of the story, evoking landscapes, emotions, and characters with lyricism and sensitivity.
A concert for all ages, where music and narration intertwine in a tale of friendship, courage, and hope.
