As in all of their creations, the artistic practice of \u201cnon-representational physical communication\u201d lies at the origin of all the materials that they have developed, with their main aim being to develop forms of communication\/sustainable physical language between performers without the use of recognisable gestures\/movements. Each new project reformulates and rethinks the artistic potential of their practice, in order to create a new artistic discourse and a new aesthetic experience.<\/p>\n<p>This third stage performance introduces objects that serve as mediators in the communicative act between the performers. The objects become animated as a consequence of the physical dialogues. Maia and Steyaert communicate while being confined to static, or limited, physical configurations, which seem to dictate a new form of language between the performers.
