In the context of Marina Tabassum’s exhibition Marina Tabassum. Materials, Movements, and Architecture in Bangladesh<\/em><\/a><\/span><\/strong>, the Education and Mediation Service of MAC\/CCB presents the project A House in Your Head<\/em>, featuring guided tours and workshops with special involvement from the Bangladeshi community. This intergenerational project aims to bring together children, young people, and adults to share experiences and challenges.<\/p>\n

The workshops, in particular, offer a range of activities for both children and adults. Using earthy colours and materials such as clay and reeds, participants can build, mould, or etch, creating objects, drawings, and writings inspired by their visit. The goal is to explore the concept of shelter or home, crafting clay models and reed structures\u2014a mobile house, a barn, pottery, everyday items, or even figures and jewellery.<\/p>\n

This intergenerational project is part of the parallel programme<\/a><\/strong><\/span> of the exhibition Marina Tabassum. Materials, Movements, and Architecture in Bangladesh<\/em>, and it\u00a0was coordinated and designed by the sculptor Virg\u00ednia Fr\u00f3is, in collaboration with the architect Nuno Vasconcelos and the architect Tamanna Ahmed.<\/p>\n

The admission is free, with prior registration here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n
