{"id":7084,"date":"2020-03-25T14:28:09","date_gmt":"2020-03-25T14:28:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ccb.pt\/?page_id=7084"},"modified":"2026-04-20T15:54:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T14:54:18","slug":"about-ccb","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ccb.pt\/en\/about-ccb\/","title":{"rendered":"About CCB"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><strong>The Centro Cultural de Bel\u00e9m is managed by a Foundation whose aim is to promote culture, developing and disseminating new creations in all of their different forms, from classical music to jazz, from theatre to dance, from opera to literature, architecture and cinema.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In 2023, the Exhibition Centre of CCB opened its doors as <strong>MAC\/CCB \u2013 Museum of Contemporary Art and Architecture Centre<\/strong>. The museum houses the Berardo Collection, the Teixeira de Freitas Collection, and the Ellipse Collection \u2013 Portuguese State Contemporary Art Collection on long-term loan to the Centro Cultural de Bel\u00e9m.
