The <em>Concerto for Violin and Orchestra<\/em>, written for Franz Clement, but only transformed into a success by Joseph Joachim some years later, is performed here by the young virtuoso violinist Linus Roth, who dedicates himself not only to the standard repertoire, but also to the rediscovery of forgotten works.
