DESCRIPTION:Premiered in 1998 at the Small Auditorium of the CCB\, as part of the Mergulho no Futuro Festival\, Poesia e Selvajaria is one of Vera Mantero’s landmark works. Rooted in wonder at the human condition\, the piece explores freedom through a body stripped of conventions\, proposing a “positive savagery” based on instinct\, physical presence\, and communication beyond words. In 2026\, it returns to its original stage with members of the original cast and new collaborators.
