DESCRIPTION:The productions of the Coro Juvenil da Universidade de Lisboa express the primal impulse of movement with music: a combined whole\, in which a demanding choral repertoire of high artistic quality merges with dance and acting to produce a rich emotional experience\, both for the performers and for the audience. \nKantantza is a show where movement does not compete with the careful vocal and musical production — instead\, it joins with them to create a unique and unforgettable experience. The performance spans around four centuries of choral music\, not necessarily following a chronological line\, but rather creating expressive bridges between composers as diverse as Monteverdi\, Lopes-Graça\, Rameau\, Whitacre\, Rossini\, Fauré\, Britten\, Jukka Linkola\, Chris Sivak\, or Dan Walker.
