DESCRIPTION:Born into a family with no connection to music\, Beatriz Felício discovered as a child that she wanted to be a fado singer. She learned from her elders in the Fado houses in Lisbon and chose her references. Nowadays\, she sings in spaces such as Mesa de Frades\, Faia\, Parreirinha de Alfama\, Casa de Linhares\, and Fado Menor. \nIn 2022\, Beatriz Felício was the big winner of the Ageas New Talents Award\, a partnership between Fundação Casa da Música and Grupo Ageas\, and performed at the Opening Ceremony of Womex 2022 in Lisbon. The presentation concert for her debut album\, which will be released by the Fado Museum\, will take place at CCB. \n
