SUMMARY:Cycles
DESCRIPTION:This exhibition examines contemporary architectural practices and artists reflecting upon the art of designing cycles\, addressing their enquiries into the past and present of construction\, its relation to the geopolitics of extractivism\, and futures for the building industry. Moving away from linear systems towards circular models within contemporary architecture\, Cycles showcases architecture’s compromise and complicity within the endless processes of matter’s transformation and redistribution. \nCurators Pamela Prado and Pedro Ignacio Alonso\nThis exhibition is part of the 6th Lisbon Architecture Triennale

SUMMARY:Dos Pés à Cabeça
DESCRIPTION:Dos Pés à Cabeça (From Head to Toe) is an exhibition based on the representation of the body in various artistic media. A theme that has always inspired artists\, the body is also of abiding interest to children\, for whom this exhibition has been specially designed. \nThe exhibition seeks to show how modern and contemporary artists think about and represent the human body. Composed of works from the Berado Collection\, the exhibition will include pieces by artists such as Henri Michaux\, Jean Dubuffet\, Caetano Dias\, Peter Blake\, Fernando Lemos\, Ângelo de Sousa\, Helena Almeida\, Georg Baselitz\, Keith Haring\, Ana Mendieta\, and Álvaro Lapa\, among others. \nThe assembly\, texts\, exhibition layout\, and notes have all been specially designed with children in mind. Didactic in nature\, Dos Pés à Cabeça is accompanied by a timeline showing the evolution of the representation of the body over the centuries\, as well as a playroom where children are invited to participate in activities. \nCurator: Cristina Gameiro
