DESCRIPTION:The voice and its circular rhythms are the foundational elements of this vocal group that explores the interception of contemporary music with hypnagogic vocal states. Founded by the artists Catarina Miranda (Portugal)\, a choreographer who uses her voice as an essential component of her work; Clélia Colonna (France)\, a singer\, performer and researcher into oriental and Mediterranean polyphonic song; and Ece Canli (Turkey)\, an artist who works with expanded vocal techniques\, this vocal research is organised around a circular pulse system\, where the three voices are interrelated through visual and gestural codes\, moving from a rhythmic matrix to the dynamics of reaction and mutation.  Serialism\, hypnosis and contemporary voice practices are synthesised by the female vocal machine. \n  \n
