Cancelled performances
You may request a refund of tickets that you have purchased for cancelled performances, regardless of the method that you used to buy them.

Postponed performances
If the performance has been postponed until another date, within a period of less than six months, you must exchange your ticket for the new date, at the same price.

If the performance has been postponed until another date, within a period of less than six months, but has been moved to an outdoor venue, with free admission, you must request a refund of the amount you paid and exchange your ticket for another one guaranteeing free admission to the performance.

If the performance has been postponed until another date, within a period of more than six months, you may request a refund of the amount you paid for the ticket.

Tickets purchased for the presentation of this event in April must be returned to us, since the programming will be rescheduled in order to adapt to the new circumstances.
You must request a refund of your tickets from our box office, or by other indirect means.

Outside productions presented at the CCB

You can only exchange or return tickets that were purchased at the CCB Box Office.

The policy relating to the exchange and return of tickets is the responsibility of the producer. This policy will be decided in accordance with the regulations for the performances sector, which provide for the exchange of tickets for performances that have been rescheduled within the period of one year.
