Reading of one of the best known novels of Thomas Bernhard by the actor Tiago Rodrigues, followed by the projection of the film Glenn Gould: Goldberg Variations, by  Bruno Monsaingeon.
Constructed as a monologue on the art and psychology of the artist, O Náufrago (The Loser) speaks about a genius: Glenn Gould. The book is based on the encounter of the book's narrator, Wertheimer - the loser -  and Glenn Gould, when the three decide to study piano to become virtuosos. And, afterwards, on the reactions of the two characters on hearing Glenn Gould's genius in performing the Golberg Variations.
O Náufrago (The Loser), a novel about death, but also about Lisbon and the Sintra coast, takes the form of a kind of symphonic composition on art, its truth and lies.
