Between Art and Education
TRAINING AREA | April, May and June

"Between Art and Education" happens once a month and constitutes a training project aimed at professionals living between art and education: artists, cultural mediators, teachers, socio-cultural instructors, librarians, etc.
We offer a programme based on the multiple artistic disciplines. Through experiential moments of reflection and systematization, this programme contributes with tools that can be used in various educational contexts.

For the 2011/2012 Season, Belém Cultural Centre has created a series of seven subscriptions based on a model that is popular worldwide and which will allow the public to access a large part of the shows and concerts programmed by CCB at lower prices. The "half-season" option or Subscription B, offered in virtually all cases, allows to reconcile more flexibility in choosing a concert with a ticket price also lower than usual.

With these Subscriptions we intend to distinguish the public who visit us more regularly offering them the possibility to purchase their tickets earlier. But we also want to enable those who do not usually make plans too far in advance or who simply have less time available to choose the shows they want to watch and also enjoy ticket discounts.

On the other hand, the creation of such series or Subscriptions wants to turn CCB’s programme more easy to find and choose, particularly regarding the musical activity.

It is clear that Belém Cultural Centre programme has, for several years, a very loyal and diverse public. This public not only watches the shows that they feel more closely related to but also, in many cases, they want to risk and experience what they still don’t know. However, we have no doubt that the clearer our programme is, and the more options it offers, it will certainly attract more public.

And this diversified public is our reason to be.
