Children and old-children: who doesn’t know the fascination of a good story telling?
It is a pleasure to hear and to tell stories and to reinvent them beyond reading - and even more with live music. Therefore, another Music Box at CCB opens with "once upon a time" there was a composer called Prokofiev that, around the story of a brave boy and a hungry wolf, showed the orchestra instruments like nobody. Then, "once upon a time" there was The flowery deer – a text by António Torrado which inspired Azevedo's music: a work that is presented at CCB for the first time in an absolute premiere.
