This series of recitals – which Pizarro will perform almost simultaneously in London (St. John's Smith Square, February to December 2010) – includes all Chopin’s major works, widely known to the audience: impressive Ballads or Sonatas; Nocturnes, more intimate; dances such as Waltzes, Polonaises or Mazurkas, who granted fame to the composer; Preludes and Etudes, among other less well known works, yet likewise brilliant and thrilling. A unique opportunity to listen, by the hand of one of his most talented performers, to the complete piano work by Chopin, pianists’ master composer, and universally acclaimed by the audience.
