"A lot of what I know I owe it to this trio, to Carlos Barretto – irreverent as few, always in constant dialogue with the others– and to Alexandre Frazão – simultaneously by the force and subtleness one can hear from his drums and by the energy he gives to the trio’s dynamic. We know each other well - personally, they both are what they play.
