Doubles, created and produced by João Moreira dos Santos and Maria Viana, has become, throughout its three years of existence, as a pivot on a double meeting. First, because it has been providing training for unpublished duos between Portuguese and foreign musicians; second, because it has enabled CCB’s public - about 400 people per show – to get in touch with both national and international prominent musicians of jazz, where there is an informal atmosphere and music enjoyment complicity.
